It’s been a while since the park was officially ready, and while the place is just so close by to our home, I only visited it recently. It’s not a very big park but a good size for a short nice jog.
Butterflies, Bees and Beautiful Flora
I started off slow at one entrance of the park. I noticed that there are so many different types of flowers around and the colours make the park so beautiful. As I looked at all the different shapes of the flowers and took photos of them, I thought about how I only knew how to draw flowers in one typical way (like a sunflower). Time to take reference!
Children’s Playground
There’s a beautifully designed play area for the kids! It includes a smaller area with the swings and it also features a sandplay area. I don’t know what you call it but a ‘mini excavator’ is there for children to scoop up the sand. A mini rock climbing wall is also available for the adventurous kiddos. Behind the playground is a water point in which you can quench your thirst after playtime.
There is a fitness corner to do light exercises after a run.
Other features include a colourful mini cycling track, swinging seats, a badminton court and a kid’s music corner. This park has a significant number of facilities and it’s really nice to have it near us.
At 9.30am, the sun was already shining bright and the heat was embracing me. I knew it was time to head home. 😅
