Princess Cruise - Japan, Miyakojima

Day 7 - 25 August 2018

Breakfast at Horizon Court -

Somehow, I really love the pancakes. Slight crisp on the surface and moist on the inside.
I had second servings of those pancakes spread with butter and some honey.

Port at Miyakojima -

Since the port is unable to cater to the docking of a huge cruise ship, tenders were used to transport the passengers to land. Unfortunately, we did not collect our tickets early enough and ended up waiting more than an hour after breakfast before our tender numbers range was called.

Upon arrival, there was a booth to assist tourists with places of interest to go. We joined the queue for the taxi and it was raining heavily. I do not know where we went lol.

We had lunch at a katsu place which I found was not too fantastic. The pork cutlet had a porky fatty aftertaste and the beef cutlet was so difficult to chew.

We explored the supermarket next and enjoyed some daifuku mochi which I so love.

And that was about all for that short stopover as we headed back via taxi to catch our cruise ship.
If there were more ship activities, I would have stayed on board.

Dinner at Regency Dining Room-

I only liked the salmon and crayfish appetiser of the day. The grilled vegetable had a surprising element though, because it was served cold! It is an interesting dish.

Finally, I tried the salmon main dish but it was too dry and tough. The beef steak that day was not fantastic as well.

My favourite "love boat dream" is the best.
The person holding the favourite dessert is also my favourite.

We watched the final performance for the whole experience with Princess Cruise. It was a combination of performances by various singers.

One last awesome sleep on our princess bed and we headed back with Scoots the next day.
My final verdict; Royal Caribbean Cruise wins.
But I do really love the bed of Princess Cruise.
